Right-of-way agents are contracted by Barksdale Technologies, Inc.  To provide a valuable service for anyone who doesn't have the time or resources to deal with the complexities of right-of-way acquisitions, damage settlements or title investigations.  Barksdale Technologies, Inc. out sources most title searches and provides all the information needed for obtaining easements or fee purchases.  Our field technicians are able to obtain permits, but only on a limited bases, we feel however this service needs to be left to the professionals in this field.  Through our network of sub contractors Barksdale Technologies, Inc., is able to offer the following services; property acquisition, first contact and negotiations with property owners, damage waivers and even purchase easements for clients, the list is endless.
